Hi there! My name is Nia, and I am so thrilled to welcome you to Proof is in the Budding. If you’ve stumbled across this space, it’s not by accident—God’s timing is always intentional, and I truly believe you’re here for a reason.  

Let me tell you a little about myself and what inspired this ministry. I’m a twenty-something navigating faith, friendships, and life’s many transitions. I have a deep passion for community, creative planning, and finding ways to serve God with the gifts He’s given me. Over the years, I’ve realized how essential it is to surround myself with Christ-centered friendships and to intentionally grow in my walk with the Lord. But let’s be honest—it’s not always easy. Life can feel isolating, overwhelming, or like we’re not “there” yet. That’s why I created Proof is in the Budding.  

This ministry is all about cultivating a space where women, no matter where they are in their faith journey, can come together to grow, learn, and bear fruit through Christ. Just like a plant buds before it blooms, we’re all in the process of becoming who God created us to be. My hope is to walk alongside you in that process, encouraging you as we grow together in faith and community.

Proof is in the Budding is more than just a blog—it’s a growing ministry with a few branches (pun intended!) that I can’t wait to share with you:  

1. The Budding Book Club: A space for discussing books that have impacted our faith. Think faith-filled reads, studies, and conversations that challenge us to grow.  

2. Proof in the Pages: Tools and resources like journal pages, devotionals, and other creative ways to deepen your relationship with God.  

3. Rooted in the Word: A blog with sermon reflections, Bible study guides, and encouragement to help us dig deeper into Scripture.  

4. Budding Together: Events and gatherings designed to foster Christ-centered community, including small groups, fellowship opportunities, and open-house-style meetups.
